As a Lead Trainer in the Youth Conflict Specialists project, I have witnessed firsthand the positive impact this program has on the lives of at-risk youth. Guiding these young individuals through conflict resolution workshops, and dialog processes and seeing them grow in their communication and empathy skills has been incredibly fulfilling. The camaraderie and support fostered within our team and among the participants is truly heartwarming. This project has allowed me to share my knowledge and experience and provided me with invaluable learning opportunities as I continue to develop my own skills. I am proud to be a part of such a meaningful initiative that empowers youth to navigate conflicts constructively and build stronger relationships within their communities.
